Head of Agency Training & Development Post Date: 03 Apr 09
Job Function:
Responsible for designing training & development program and its implementation in all areas/branches within Indonesia as well as the performance result of agency training & development team.
(The appointed candidate will be supported by foreign expert in disigning the training program)
Job Requirement:
* Maximum age 45 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
* Strong background in Agency Training & Development from multinational/ joint venture life insurance company
* Strong leadership, communication & presentation skills
* Having the capacity and competence to design and implement training curriculum & program for national agency
* Fluent in English both writing & speaking
