Finance Staff Post Date: 17 Apr 09
Job Function:
1.
Cashier Function: maintain cash flow fit to budget, payment
process, issued Purchase Order, check bank and cash account, verify
all payment documents, bank account opening, L/C, waybill, etc.
2.
Treasury Function: understand administration of bank credit,
L/C, all contract bond (bid bond, performance, maintenance bond), and
all financing decision.
3.
Report Function: balance sheet, P/L Reports, etc.
4.
Tax Function: understand all related tax.
5.
Payroll Function: remuneration (salary), overtime, medical, etc.
Requirement:
1.
Education min. D3, GPA > 3,00 from Economy or Finance faculty.
2.
Experience min. 2 years in Finance function as mentioned above.
Experience in EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) company is
an advantage.
3.
Familiar with accounting software such as MYOB, SAP, etc.
4.
Diligent, honest, sound in work ethics, and assertive (Tegas).
5.
Good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, high
analytical skills & fast learner.
6.
Able to work independently with high accuracy, detail oriented.
7.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
8.
Computer literacy in using MS Office, and familiar with
internet/email, and filing system.
9.
Hard worker, able to work under pressure, and willing to work overtime.
