| | | | Report to the Reporting and Analysis Manager, you will be in charge for the following : Responsible as an administrator for Hyperion Enterprise, a financial database used for reporting and planning in CCA System Responsible as an administrator for Hyperion Planning (Planet), a financial database used for reporting, forecasting and planning in CCBI System Responsible in ensuring the availability and accountability of all financial information in Arjuna Analyzer reporting including BPM, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, Expense Reports, etc. Ensuring the availability of financial data in PLANET database for Operation reporting and analysis (Actual, Full Year Review and Budget) Liaising with IS team for any updates or system enhancements on PLANET database (additional account & sub account, article, area, cost center, new entity, calculation scripts, etc.) Transferring budget data from PLANET database to Oracle GL Providing Conversion Cost, WT Cost and RM Cost reports for TOL department in monthly basis Providing Computer Expenses and Fleet Expenses report for IS&T department in monthly basis Responsible for providing any other financial information requested by other functions Supporting Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Full Year Review (FYR) processes especially related to PLANET environment Responsible for CCA Headquarter Reporting & Analysis team, CCBI Head Office Management, Business Planning team, Commercial team, Financial Accounting team
Ideally, the successful candidate should have the following qualifications: -
Holding minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Management from reputable university Having minimum 3-4 years experience in Finance/Accounting Strong analytical and interpersonal skill Indicate as reliable, proactive, open, honest and co-operative type of individual Comprehensive knowledge of Business, preferably those deemed similar with Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia business Superb work management and coordination skills Good English communication skill, both verbal and written Highly skilled in spreadsheet and financial reporting Familiar with database management environment Having management accounting exposure will be an advantage
