General Requirements :
* Male/Female, max. 40 years old (Senior Position) & max. 35 years old (Associate Position)
* Excellent academic record from a recognized law school
* Good personality, trustworthy, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure, able to work independently or lead a team in taking on challenging assignments
* Possess an Advocate License from PERADI
1. Requirements for Litigation Dept.:
* Min. 7 years (for Senior Position) & Min. 3 years (for Associate Position) working experience in litigation work (bankruptcy, criminal & civil law)
* Knowledgeable in various litigation assignments (commercial & criminal) covering multiple levels of courts
* Experienced in drafting & preparing legal opinions & assisting or accompanying clients during legal proceedings
2. Requirements for Corporate Dept.:
* Min. 7 years (for Senior Position) & Min. 3 years (for Associate Position) working experience in Corporate Law Firm
* Well versed with various corporate legal assignments, i.e.: legal due diligence, corporate restructuring, bond issuance, mergers & acquisitions, loan arrangements, capital market.
* Excellent command in English communication skills
