Qualification Required :

* A bachelor degree holder in human resources management or psychology
* Maximum 45 years old with minimum 3 years of managerial experience
* Possesses hands-on skills in performance management, general
affairs, industrial relationship & safety
* Possesses hands-on experience in employee training and development
* Well-versed with Indonesia Labor Law and other labor related
statutory requirements
* Previous experience and/or networking within the property
industry will be an advantage
* Has pleasant personality and great communication skills
* Proficient in written and spoken English and computer literate
* Has leadership qualities, resourceful, well-organized,
result-oriented, and proactive

This position will report to Accounting Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

*
Regularly pay the correct payment of tax and submit
tax-collected report to the government tax office, to ensure tax
liabilities are timely paid and properly recorded, thereby minimizing
late payment penalty, including prepare monthly and annual tax report.
*
Monitor, review, and calculate tax implication from the
Company's activities, to ensure the application is in compliance with
the applicable laws/ regulations, including provide advice and
solution on tax to other divisions.
*
Involve in tax audit, including prepare all required data to tax
authorities.
*
Plan and implement tax strategy for the purpose of minimizing
tax amount paid by the company, through reviewing prevalent tax
provisions and identifying area of opportunities and exemption when
applicable, in order to ensure the effective and efficient cost to the
company.

Job Requirements :

Graduated from reputable University S1 Degree in Accounting or Tax
*
Minimum 3 years experiences in taxes

Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulation
*
Experience with tax audit

Proficiency in English
*
Good communication skills
